I wanted to take a moment to recognize Nurse Myra for her outstanding care and compassion. She goes above and beyond in her role, always with a warm smile and a kind word. Myra's professionalism and dedication to her patients are truly remarkable. She takes the time to listen, provide comfort, and ensure every need is met with the highest level of attention. It is evident that she genuinely cares for the well-being of the residents she cares for. I am so grateful for the positive impact she’s made, and I highly recommend her for her exceptional nursing skills and compassionate nature.

Recently brought my dad to Northern Oaks and I must say that it was one of our better experiences with these type of facilities. The entire staff was very upbeat and helpful, mainly our nurse Sebastien. He went above and beyond to really make my dad feel comfortable and at ease. Can’t say enough about how exceptional he was.

A wonderful facility staffed by extremely caring personnel. The building also clean and orderly. Always friendly staff that create a true “home” atmosphere. The facility is continuously being maintained and updated. Recent renovations have greatly improved the building overall. The residents are very well cared for as well as their families. The staff has been stable for a long while which means they are a very happy group who work well together. I very much enjoy coming to this facility and consider the staff to be my good friends.
