OAK HILLS TERRACE MEMORY CARE

My parents have resided at Oak Hills for over a year now. I've been very pleased with the care they have received. Members of the management team are very accessible and quick to respond when I need to talk with them. They contact me quickly whenever there is a change in the condition of my parents. Staff treats my folks with dignity and respect even though it's not always easy to communicate with them. My father enjoys to many activities that are offered. I've always found their rooms to be clean. Special thanks to Gwen, Andrew, Evita and Stella for going the extra mile.

My father has been at Oak Hills for 8 months and has been very happy there. The staff attends to his needs and are always willing to help out when needed. The executive staff is friendly, courteous and always takes time to answer any questions or concerns that I have. Oak Hills gets their residents involved, as well as the families with planned activities! Very happy my father is at Oak Hills!

For over two years my mom lived at Oak Hills Terrace Memory Care. It was a long and heart wrenching decision to move her there but turned into the best thing for her late in her life dealing with Alzheimer’s Disease. The staff at Oak Hills are so kind and so caring…it’s more like a big extended family living in community. The care is exceptional and the activities are meaningful and engaging. The activity’s director, Stella, is the BEST!! My mom was such a social person she just loved it and everyone there. On March 16th she passed away peacefully in her sleep with family by her side. We are eternally grateful for the care provided on every level. We miss visiting there already. As a nurse who spent many years working in long-term care settings, I can honestly say that Oak Hills is a place where people love to live and work…and that’s a rare find.
