Excellent customer service I adore the receptionist she does a lot for this center she delivers packages answers questions opens doors for residents she is amazing plus answering calls PM
My experience with nurse Yvette Alcantar was fantastic. all the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure my need were met. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone’s family.
My mom is a resident at this Center. She has been there for a little over a year. She has lived her BEST life here. The Activity Director recently had a Hawaiian theme party! It exceeded my expectations. The Staff treat the Residents with love and respect. Every party I gave attended i come home bragging about my Mom's nursing staff and aids. It comforts my heart to know that my mom is being taken care of around the clock.
