If I could rate this facility lower, I would. This is by far the worst facility I’ve ever encountered. My grandfather—an elderly veteran who proudly served our country in two wars—was treated with complete neglect and disregard for his wellbeing. During his stay, he was clearly malnourished and appeared uncared for. On the very day he was scheduled for discharge, he sustained serious injuries, including a deep gash to his forehead that unquestionably required stitches. The facility not only failed to notify my mother or me but also failed to provide him with any medical attention. Instead, they left him with an open wound, no food, no water, and no care. To make matters worse, the staff could not provide a clear or consistent explanation of how he was injured. Their response was dismissive, minimizing the severity of the situation, and showing zero empathy or respect toward my grandfather. This level of neglect is unacceptable. If you value the health, dignity, and safety of your loved ones, I strongly urge you to avoid this facility.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by a beautiful and welcoming environment that instantly puts you at ease. The quality of care provided is truly exceptional. The staff is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate and attentive. They go above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels valued and cared for, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere. The community is well-maintained and designed to promote comfort and well-being, making it a wonderful place for long-term care. I have lived here for almost 4 years and I love it! The staff is great. The place is huge and has room to move around and visit. We would like to have new neighbors and meet new people if you ever need a place, this one is it.
