I cant say enough about our great administrator Keon Mays, and our medical director Dr Andres Alaniz who always makes themselves available to the residents.

Therapy has been excellent. Faith, and Nichole have helped me get stronger, walk better, have reduce my pain, and helped me regain my independence back with there technique's. They are excellent, and compassionate. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you Faith and Nichole, for being the best therapy team I've ever had!!!

Anyone who has family at Palma Real transitional care center is so lucky! The employees are so wonderful and caring. Everyone comes to work with a smile on their faces and the residents are all so happy. HR Rene Ramirez is wonderful! And so is the administrator Keon Mays. They both go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and that all of the resident's needs are met. Maintenance director Fred Delargarza is wonderful too. I spent a week there providing enrollment assistance to the staff and witnessed the kindness and caring with my own eyes. Blanca Cano, the activities director is amazing! She wears bright beautiful shiny clothing and has the patience of a saint. She treats the residents like family. They bake cookies, sing and dance, play bingo, decorate pumpkins and do other arts and crafts with different themes everyday. If my parents were still living I would be honored to have them be taken care of here.
