PARADIGM AT FIRST COLONY

Part of my daughter care is to partner with healthcare team. To be a part of solution. Environment seems friendly and professional. Management has given me a “open door policy “ to voice any concerns. My daughter is always clean and cared for. I pray that God continues to progress this facility to hire people with compassion. I also do frequent check-ins and have excellent communication with healthcare team.

Thank you to all of the staff and team at First colony, the nice nurses on the floor you are god sent. and thank you to mary who checked in on my family member a few times once home, very kind thing to do. The world needs more people like the wonderful team at first colony.

In terms of the guided tour, responses to my questions and working with the admissions, Jonica and Debbie were SO receptive and helpful. My husband will be joining the facility in late October 2025. After he has time to adjust, I'll definitely post another review.
