PARADIGM AT THE PRAIRIES

This place is horrible!! The business manager is rude and not helpful at all!! The social worker did finally step up and let us know what are options were but it was to late and our father passed before he was made comfortable. It has been two weeks and his death certificate just got signed today. They said something to do with the state however the law is 5 days? The nursing home has never even said they we’re sorry for our loss. Despicable place!! It is horrible how they treat the elderly!

This facility doesn’t even deserve one star! Constant personnel turnover up to and including administration. The place reeks of urine and feces the minute you open the front door. I witnessed the residents being served hamburgers that had burned buns and meat. Oranges that were quartered were served to residents who could not remove the peelings due to physical challenges. Personnel were indifferent to the needs of the residents! Paradigm ownership hasn’t positively changed anything at the former “Gardenvilla” facility. You should be investigated for cruel and inhumane treatment of the residents!

This location has really gotten so much better and fantastic staff. Roslyn is such a pleasure to talk with.
