PARK MANOR OF HUMBLE

The care here has been wonderful! The staff truly care for the patients, and have been extremely important to my recovery from surgery. If not for them, I do not believe I would have such a positive outcome. I am grateful for them and will return here to recover from my pending surgeries and treatments.

Truly the most disgusting facility. This place is full of negligent staff members. The social worker and head administrator have neglected and ignored my mother her entire stay. Craig, the administrator walked out on my mother multiple times when she held him accountable for his foul actions. The head doctor as well refused to fill medication for my mother. I have called dozens of times to get someone to be accountable and there is never a follow up. The ombudsman offered still never returned our call. How can you be a place to care for the elderly and treat them this way? We will be taking legal actions. If you care about your loved ones please do not send them here! Edit: Tried calling the number that claimed wanted to address, they were clueless why I was calling. Truly pathetic

While the caregivers are nice and knowing, while they're caring for my mother, Actually getting them to respond to a call light is amazingly difficult.. We just moved my Mom in here yesterday. Came to visit with her today, her call light has been on the whole visit.. and I've ask at least 4 employees to come help her.. nothing g so far. I honestly don't see me leaving her here for the whole two weeks of rehab.. This is scarey to a family member, let alone the patient... ugh
