Outstanding Care and Compassion at Park Manor I am truly grateful for the incredible care and support our loved one received at Park Manor. From the very beginning, the customer service has been exceptional—kind, respectful, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The bedside manner of the staff is outstanding. The nurses and caregivers showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism every single day. They treated residents with dignity and made sure they felt safe, heard, and cared for, which brought us so much peace of mind. A special and heartfelt thank you to the social worker, Lavera Davis, whose support and guidance made an enormous difference. She went above and beyond to help us navigate important decisions and truly advocated for the patients with care and dedication. Her kindness and commitment did not go unnoticed. I also want to recognize the wonderful front desk staff—especially Audrey—who is always welcoming, helpful, and kind. She consistently made every visit smoother and more comforting with her positive attitude and willingness to assist. Overall, Park Manor Rehab is a facility filled with compassionate professionals who truly care about their patients and families. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality rehabilitation services with genuine heart behind the care.

I have had the privilege of working with Park Manor QV both professionally and personally. The professionalism that I have always experienced from the Administrator, DON, SW, Unit Managers, MDS and all Supportive staff is nothing short of excellence. When I walk in the door, I’m always greeted with amazing customer service from Ms. Audrey and others. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to place their loved one in a facility that genuinely goes above and beyond.

This review is in regards to the wonderful staff at Park Manor of Quail Valley and the care we receive there. My mother is a resident at the facility my experience is a very positive one. My mother (Marcie) is very popular among the staff and they take very good care of her. I apologize if I miss any names because all staff are very very helpful. These are the names I remember... Roy (admissions), LaVera (Social Services), Jennie (Hall 100), Brenda (nurse), Audry (receptionist), Elina (Activities), Dana, Raven... There are names of other staff that I can't recall but the kitchen staff and servers, other nurses and staff who I haven't named on the day shift should be included.
