They gave excellent care, especially CNA’s Rocky and Beverly on the third floor. I was in room 307, and they both went above and beyond in their care of me. Rocky and Beverly both treated me with sensitivity and dignity. I am forever grateful.
Do NOT leave your loved ones at this facility! Poor treatment of the patients. My Dad was left in a soiled adult diaper and bedding overnight until the next day at 12:00 PM! I saw roaches in his room as well as the lobby restroom. Walking the hall to the elevator you could smell urine that is masked by heavy scent machines. The ceilings and walls have water stains from leaks that by the looks appear to be ongoing issues. Who knows what is behind the walls that could be an issue for patients with respiratory conditions. The staff is inadequate and does not treat the patients properly. One nurse yelled at my dad to speak to her in English when it is indicated that he speaks Spanish. When we complained about the conditions and improper treatment we were told by the coordinator that it would be addressed. That same night the same issues were ongoing, no medications were administered as scheduled. 2 days of pure neglect is NOT acceptable and we removed him immediately. One star is being generous!
