I’ve had my wife in there since July 2025. I’ve been very pleased with services rendered. the staff has always been genuinely concerned about her needs and very helpful. The facility is always clean and well managed.

I’ve had the opportunity to witness the exceptional quality of care and leadership at this facility, and I can confidently say the management and staff go above and beyond. The administration is organized, responsive, and truly committed to maintaining a high standard of care. The nursing and support teams are compassionate, attentive, and professional in every interaction I’ve observed. It’s clear that there’s a strong sense of teamwork among staff, and that positive energy carries over to the residents. The environment feels welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. I’m grateful to know that individuals living here are in such capable and caring hands.

I’d like to start off by saying that when you have people in charge with great leadership skills who genuinely want to see change and who put their heart into every thing they do, their staff will usually follow and reflect that. That is what you see when you walk in the doors of The Parks. You can feel the authenticity of the consideration and care of the residents here. Corey and Alex’s work ethic and heart is shown through out the care of their staff, everyone is super friendly and attentive. One of the perks that we loved is that they offer many different types of services and therapies in house, which is amazing if you or your loved one has extra needs. Also, just a little FYI too, in doing some research i have found that this place is also more affordable than similar facilities in the area and with more amenities offered. So if you’re looking for a place right now, go where the residents are treated like family and where their needs are put first. Choose a place where you will have peace of mind knowing that your loved ones are being cared for the way that you would. Choose The Parks!
