PEMBROKE ANGEL CARE ASSISTED LIVING

From my first visit to Pembroke Angel Care, I knew that I would be hard pressed to find another place for Mom that could compare. The spacious home is clean, beautiful, and well-equipped, sits on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood, and is close to the Medical Center. But what really sold me were the wonderful caregivers and the resident to staff ratios. I live three hours away, so it was important for me to feel confident that Mom was safe and well taken care of. When I visited, residents sang the praises of the food, the owners, and the caregivers, which added to my positive early impressions. Pembroke treats the residents like family, celebrating birthdays and holidays together. I feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful home for my 98-year-old mother to live out her remaining days.

Pembroke Angel Care is a wonderful, beautiful, clean place with very friendly caring people. The owner Emanuel Turner is a very kind, diligent person and takes great care of my mother. He is a registered nurse who understands my mom’s medical needs and makes sure all the medications are given properly. My mother feels very comfortable and safe.

Emmanuel and his team went above and beyond on many occasions taking care of my brother. My brother didn’t always cooperate and follow the rules for his tracheostomy but Emmanuel worked with the challenges. The home is immaculate, always. Although my brother is on a tube feeding, I would be there to see staff preparing good, home cooked, healthy meals
