PINECREST RETIREMENT COMMUNITY ASSISTED LIVING UNIT

I saw a home health patient today that lives at pine crest retirement community. I was knocking on the door, but my patient was not coming to the door. A staff member came over to assist and was very concerned. We knocked louder, and she came to the door. She uses a walker and it was just taking her a little longer to answer. I was very touched with how well the staff knows their residents and the love and concern they have for them! Wonderful place😊

My mother was placed at PineCrest for rehabilitation after she was hit in a head on collision. She entered the transitional rehab facility with many broken bones and other injuries. The staff was very patient and kind to her and treated her with the utmost dignity. The physical and occupational therapist pushed her in therapy and she made such amazing progress under their care. Michelle Waller is an amazing nurse that made my mother feel heard and cared for. The facility is clean, well equipped and has great amenities. The staff is accommodating and hard working on behalf of their patients. From the checking in process to the exit procedure, we could not have asked for a better experience under these circumstances. Paul Johnson is such a dedicated social worker and was incredibly helpful to us. I would recommend Pinecrest to anyone that has health care needs for an elderly loved one.

Pinecrest is a wonderful place for my mother in law, Connie, to live. The facilities are extremely nice and the staff are friendly , warm, and helpful. I am grateful for everything they do to ensure that Connie’s quality of life continues to remain high.
