My mother has been a resident here for 3 years. I was so concerned about her living thousands of miles away from me, but TX was home for her and that's where she wanted to be. From the moment we arrived for an initial tour, the staff treated us like family and assured me they would keep me informed. They have lived up to that commitment and continue to go above and beyond all of my expectations. These accolades are for the Exec staff as well as the care partners and I would not hesitate to refer another family member here for Assisted Living.

We tried. Memory care doesn’t get the attention the rest of the property gets. 5-6 residents there vs the “other side”. We have asked repeatedly to get proper attention for this wing. 70% of staff is GREAT. the rest is pitiful. We have met with admin and voiced our concerns as well as others that won’t speak up. If you need memory care, please look elsewhere.

During a time when you question all your decisions to make sure that your loved one is safe, happy, and cared for, Pinnacle has most definitely been there. The people there not only listen to your loved ones and tend to them but you as well. They listen to you and encourage you. When my mom started withdrawing and not being herself, everyone noticed and spoke to me about it including other residents. This is a place that has become my mom's neighbors and friends who care and love her as their own.
