My mother is currently a resident at Phlc and I can tell you they are amazing! The wound care team,to dietary all the way to housekeeping have taken wonderful care of her! Her nurses are amazing ! Thank you

My father was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). He was transferred from Covenant in Lubbock to The Prairie House. The care he received at The Prairie House far exceeded our expectations! The staff is fantastic. The call light was answered quickly. Staff came in to clean and turn him around four times a shift. A HUGE thank you to Tiara, the charge nurse. She patiently answered all my questions and made the transition from the hospital to the facility easy on the entire family.

My grandmother was a resident there and passed away there also. Nursing was not caring,did not clean up vomit feces that had been there for who know how many hours. We the family members had to tend to her. We had to remind staff that her meds were needed. Staff didn’t care about patients. Supervisor turned the cheek when complaints were made. I do not recommend taking your loved one to be a residence here.
