The Princeton Medical Lodge has been GREAT for our mom! It’s beautiful, and very clean. The staff, namely Eden and Blanca, are fantastic people and great at their job. The patience and love shown by admin, therapy staff, and patient staff to our mom and our family is remarkable. They truly have helped our mom progress through a tough time! Thank you to all of you for your extremely great care!!!!

My mom was sent here to be helped back into a normal routine after being in the hospital, but they FAILED to take care of her. They allowed her ostemy bag to leak, they used alcohol aloe baby wipes when the doctors and US AS THE FAMILY told them that baby wipes can't be used and it caused extreme irritation to her skin and it caused our mom to be excruciating pain. They gave my mom a food she was allergic to for her breakfast and also the food was cold. It caused her to scream in pain more than once. And we heard a woman screaming for help and it took my brother to get a nurse to see what was wrong after five minutes of the screaming. Took mom out and readmitted her somewhere else. Get your staff better trained. Edit; We reluctantly allowed our mom to be readmitted here after her second surgery. At least the second experience was better than the first. The only thing we had an issue with was that our mom kept receiving cold food. I do have to thank that someone I personally knew would occasionally check in on my mom even when my mom wasn't on her chart which gave my family reassurance that she was being taken care of a little better. Because of the second experience, I'll bump my review up to 3 stars.

My friend was placed in this facility after surgery on his leg and immediately went downhill to the point he is currently in ICU. We went from a broken leg to near death if not death we will see. Although there were SOME great staff members and a great social worker most of the staff was very unprofessional to say the least. On many occasions when I visited I found leftover uneaten plates from the prior meal, dirty laundry on top of some of these plates, dirty toilet, used gloves laying around the room. It was absolutely disgusting to visit this place! Some of the staff were standing around cussing and telling stories and ignoring residents when they were asking for their attention. I firmly believe that if my friend doesn’t survive it is because of the lack of attention by this place while he laid in bed overnight declining. One of the cleaning ladies actually told me they she was trying to convince the nurses to call an ambulance. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS PLACE! It does not appear that anyone is in charge at all.

Carley found families consistently praised the exceptionally attentive, compassionate staff and beautiful, clean environment, though some serious care consistency concerns were raised in isolated accounts.
