Rambling Oaks Courtyard Extensive Care Community

The team is beyond amazing! My mother, Clara broke her shoulder and leg in a fall. Following a major surgery, she spent 6 weeks at Rambling Oaks skilled nursing facility earlier this year. Special thanks to Elle for finding a space for mom and for the encouragement she gave me...she really went above and beyond, even after hours! The nurses were lovely (especially Nezzy and Florence)! They were attentive, professional, friendly and compassionate. The nurse assistants (Catherine, Brandon and Antone) became like family. Their jobs are challenging but they made mom feel as comfortable as possible and they took loving care of her. Jaleiah and Clare completely saved my sanity with their wise advice related to financial and insurance hurdles. I hate to leave anyone out as this team made an incredibly positive impact for our family during a difficult period and we will always be grateful!! Thank you all! Susan

This facility is excellent. Elle in admissions was great to work with; nursing staff particularly Josephine and Morgan work so well with their patients at all levels of their recovery taking whatever time is needed to accommodate their needs. My husband highly speaks of their kindness and responsiveness toward his needs. Memory, the nurses aide, always has a smile and is quick to lend a helping hand; Boyd and Beverly in rehab have been excellent in working with my husband to get him from a wheelchair to walking. He often talks about the care he is receiving from this facility. The food service is excellent and Marie in the office is on top of every request. Maddy the activity director always has something going on for patients to keep things interesting. The entire staff has been great including Meredith who is in charge of the cleaning staff. This facility is one of the best we have encountered. We highly recommend this facility.
