The Reserve at Katy Assisted Living Community is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel the warmth and genuine care that sets this community apart. The environment is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, but what really makes The Reserve special is the people. Rachael and Tanya go above and beyond every single day. Their kindness, professionalism, and compassion shine through in everything they do. They take the time to truly connect with residents and families, making everyone feel valued and supported. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it makes all the difference. It’s such a comfort knowing that loved ones are not only well cared for but are also surrounded by a team that treats them like family. I can’t recommend The Reserve at Katy highly enough—especially thanks to the dedication and heart that Rachael and Tanya bring to the community.

Awesome community!! I toured with Tanya and I met with Monique, the wellness director. I was very impressed and loved the information provided to me. I was offered education related to dementia care in which I learned a lot! I obtained information about different settings here in Texas. Monique helped me to decide what was best for my family member. I highly recommend the community! They made me very comfortable and I felt at home!
