Riverhills Health & Rehabilitation is one of the best Nursing home that we ever choose from our experience. Always positive vibes, all the employees very caring, very helpful, my mom was a long term resident for about close to three years. Riverhills was her home, all the employees gave my mom alot of support, encouragement , alot love. Also my mom enjoyed the foods and care, the physical therapy, speech therapy that she receive. For myself being her daughter im so grateful, honor for having my mom here at awesome place in kerrville tx. All all my respect and appreciate all the Riverhills nursing home employees deserve the best all the time. My mom and I always loved all the employees. A million times thank ya'll so much for everything ya'll done for my mom.

My family member came here after a recent hospital stay for rehab. The building is semi nice because it’s in the newer side but the conditions are deplorable. My family member did not get her meds for more than 24 hours and then she only got half of them. The nurses blamed it on the pharmacy. There is not enough staff members to help anyone, one of the helpers said they have 30 patients. The physical therapists do a good job but the rest of the building barely functions. One of the nurses told me they don’t even work there that they are just an “agency” and only there for one shift. The reviews on this building are obviously padded by workers because one of them mentions a nurse and it’s obviously her family member leaving the review. I met the nurse in the review and she was no help with anything. I never saw her leave the nurses station 1 time or even get off her cell phone. I think her name is Jamie. The food that is served is gross and cold before you get it, but the marketer talks a good game about how great it is, but I wouldn’t ever let my family go back there. I not from Kerrville but there has to be better places, my loved one left and went home with Home Health for therapy. It’s so bad there that I heard one of the staff call it Riverkills.

In spite of some negative reviews, my experience with River Hills Health and Rehab has been nothing short of excellent. The care, attention, and compassion my mother-in-law receives here truly stand out. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and aesthetically welcoming, which brings peace of mind to our family. With nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, I can confidently say that the quality of care here meets high professional standards. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Ruben M., a kind and helpful gentleman in leadership. He took the time to answer all our questions, address our concerns, and ease our hesitations. His deep knowledge of the industry and prior experience at other facilities was evident, and it reinforced our confidence in choosing River Hills. We are grateful for the dedication and professionalism of the staff and appreciate the positive direction the facility is taking under new leadership.
