RIVER POINTE OF TRINITY HEALTHCARE AND REHABILITATION CENTER

My mother was at Avalon when it became River Pointe of Trinity. The care she received was exemplary all because of the caring staff. Momma was treated like family from day one and we were as well. That is why when my son needed to make his home in a professional care facility, River Pointe was our first and only choice. A Huntsville facility would have been more convenient for me but quality care for my son was my priority. Currently, my husband is receiving out-patient rehabilitation after a lengthy hospital stay. I went by to visit my father in the Lord. I have not been here since the early '90's at which time it was under the name Avalon Place. I was impressed with the appearance outwardly, the measure of security, and the awesome host at the door greeting both visitors and residents. The young man gave me specific directions which I was able to follow to get registered to visit and to get to the room I was visiting. It was lunch time and the young lady who brought the meal in was very kind, polite and courteous. I had a great visit.

My mom was at RiverPointe in April of this year, where she had a massive stroke during her stay for therapy and she passed away peacefully at home a couple of days later. I just wanted to thank the staff for timely and appropriate medical attention. The staff was extremely supportive during this time and helped to facilitate bringing her home on hospice to spend her remaining time in a familiar place with family and friends. I highly recommend River Pointe of Trinity and am so very thankful that they were there for me in my time of need. Special thanks to Cody, Stephanie, Shanna, Shana, Traci, and Dee!
