You are greeted with a warm smile by the Receptionist at the front desk when you sign in! There’s nothing like a friendly face when you enter someone’s home or office of business! I especially love seeing the residents get to experience expressing their artistic abilities with the projects TJ and Belinda have them doing! Their artwork shows their individual interpretations- it is wonderful to engage the mind and spirit! Kudos to this dynamic duo!
Rosemont was a great find for my mom who needed memory care. The floor she is on reminds you of home. Large sofas and sitting areas for family visits. Big rooms for each resident. A wonder TV area with recliners so residents are comfortable. Great care and wonderful staff. Could not ask for a better home for my Mom.
I had a wonderful experience visiting Rosemont by Sonida today. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt welcoming and well cared for. I especially want to thank Chyanna for her outstanding customer service—she was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. She took the time to answer my questions and made the entire visit smooth and pleasant. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and guests. Thank you to Chyanna and the Rosemont team for such a great experience!
Quality Score
Carley found families loved the clean, welcoming environment and peaceful atmosphere, though staffing consistency and communication responsiveness raised occasional concerns.
