The only pleasantries were Misty and Julian. The sales pitch to get patients in phenomenal once there, my mom's experience............😪😭‼️I'm extremely disappointed!

I was so impressed with Rowlett’s team. They acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and made sure that I found my way around their facility. Their building was clean and well organized too. I got to meet the nursing and therapy teams as well and they were so kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.
