The property is in a great location. I wish the landscaping was better kept in the doggie park area and mowing and edging. Our tiny dogs can't compete with the foot tall grasses and weeds. Office personnel are very kind and eager to help. I'm looking forward to a happy stay. ***UPDATE*** The dog park looks great! Thanks ❤️ 😊

Moved in after Lakeview Pointe Apartments opened, so happy to have a new beautiful apartment with all the modern appliances and fixtures, granet counters, laminate floors, great windows, celling fans, and spacious rooms. The Clubhouse has opened and all amenities are available for our enjoyment! Our manager Ms. Delia goes above and beyond for us, and office staff works effeciently together. The maintenance men work tirelessly and quickly attends to our work orders with knowledge and skills. This is beautiful peaceful place and I am happy to live here going on 3 yrs! Note: living in building #1 West facing the lake and bridge, beautiful sunsets but very hot, hwy 66 road noise and the constant jackhammer like sound of the compressor and music from next door Shell station car wash.

Please beware of the “management”at this location. My 80 year old mother resided here for 2 years and due to her health decline I decided to move her in with me. I personally wrote her 60 days notice my mother submitted it to the office staff herself. I submitted the apt.key, mailbox key & gate fob to the receptionist named April. I emailed, called numerous times, left voicemails, left messages on the Resmed portal for tenants in regards to my mothers move out and inquired about her “security deposit” and to no avail I never received not one response. Last call I made was over a month ago i spoke with the now “new manager” named Marible whom stated that she had just started a couple of days ago and that per her “knowledge” my mother didn’t give a move out notice nor were keys/gate fob turned in?? I explained that these items were submitted to the office staff! She asked that I allow her 1 day so that she could further “investigate” and she’d contact me. Marible didn’t call me as stated so, I contacted her and the receptionist advised that Marible would return my call so, now its been 6 weeks!! So, due to “poor management” of not following through with their job my elderly mother is being punished for their incompetence? Wow, this is very shameful and an injustice towards an elderly person. On behalf of my elderly mother i’ll be filing a complaint/claim. So, think twice before allowing your elderly parent/relative to reside here!!!
