I was there from Dec 2 - 25th 2025 with 2 broken legs a wrist and collar bone and had therapy there with Jordan and Lee and they were great I wasn't able to walk or move my right arm and Jordan did a great job getting my legs working and Lee with my arm. The nursing staff were great very friendly and professional with a shout out to Evie she is a great nurse and I can't forget Jeff another awesome nurse. Thank you all for everything you did for me
Sagebrook may look like it's an older building, not as shiny new as some others, but you won't find better care anywhere! All of the staff treat my husband like he's family. From nurses to PT, 5 stars!!
Therapy was good even though none was done on her shoulder after the surgery. She felt there was no connection with her doctor or medical history. As to the question below about price, I believe it was all covered by insurance and I don't know what they were charged
