The staff dont seen to care about the people placed in their care often i see the residents smoking weed outside across the street from the front office others outside drunk and begging for money the staff needs to be drug tested weekly because some of them be outside smoking weed too

If zero stars had been an option, that is what I would have given this place. As others have stated, nobody can be reached by phone here, unless you need to pay the bill. Please do not leave your loved one here. It is a horrible place, particularly at night and on the weekends when the staffing is questionable. Patients are lying on the floor in diapers screaming for help. My bother passed away here after 6 weeks. Our family was never refunded the monies due to us for the 3 plus weeks remaining after his passing. I even hired an attorney to send a letter. Nothing. They know they can get away with this, and so they do so. Our family really needed this money to cover expenses after my brother’s passing, as I am certain other families who have been grifted by this shady organization have before us.

What is going on hear no one answers the phones No one can send my call to the correct person My Loved one is not well nor getting better at this horrible place My Loved one complains about the food, the care, the other patients, ect. Also this place needs an inspection The building is horrible All I've seen is a bunch of nurses sitting around doing nothing The place is dirty I think I need to call ombudsman Nothing better not happen to my loved one again Something will be done Sad to say texting this with a broken heart 💔 my mother passed away at this horrible place Please don't let this happen to your loved one please beware
