The 112-bed facility specializes in post-acute care, stroke recovery, cardiac care, pulmonary rehabilitation, and wound management, with dedicated spaces for physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The county-owned facility features private and semi-private rooms with kitchenettes, restaurant-style dining, an in-house café, library with WiFi, interior courtyard and garden, and outdoor patio areas with a gazebo, all designed to ensure productive recovery while protecting resident comfort and well-being.

My m was there for 20 days and Carmen was the best.She is soo kind and loving. She took great care of my mom and made her feel soo loved. Alana was amazing too. She made sure that my mom was comfortable all night. Thank you all for loving my mom and making her experience a good one!
I was pleased with the care and progress, my husband made while in rehab here after he broke his hip recently . Therapy worked with him and had him walking within a month. Ms Carolyn is a God send, very compassionate. The entire nursing team was wonderful. This was my second time here, the first time back in 2018. Things have changed since then ,definitely for the best!
