Settlers Ridge Care Center

I placed my wife back in July of this year (2023). When you look at care centers (and I looked at quite a few) you really never know what you're getting into. I must say, very happy with Settlers Ridge. Caring Admin Staff, and alert nursing and aid staff. I visit my wife everyday, and it feels a little like home there. I feel very accepted not only by the staff, but also by the other residents. I can honestly say that Settlers Ridge is the place for my wife to get the care she needs. Everyday when I leave her there, I know she's looked after. I'm so happy that she's there. Thank you Settlers Ridge for helping me care for my wife. God Bless!!!

Settler's Ridge has provided the best care my mom has received since getting her dementia diagnosis. It has been such a relief for our family to have this wonderful staff help us navigate this terrible disease. The nursing staff does a wonderful job caring for my mom. Nurse Jackie especially has goes above and beyond caring with compassion and love. Thank you Settler's Ridge!

I was hesitant to put my mother in a care facility but did end up choosing Settler’s Ridge. I can say now the only reason I have kept my mother there is because of Kristen the nursing director. She is truly kind and has a passion to give the BEST care. I cannot say the same for the administrator though. If this facility had improvements to make it surely would be to replace that woman. She lacks empathy and lacks the leadership skills to support her staff and residents. However, Kristen is the only reason to be a resident at Settler’s Ridge. Kristen calls me daily with updates on my mother’s status and has cared for her daily to make sure that she receives the absolute best care. Settler’s Ridge is very lucky to have Kristen and if they truly care about the residents they would dismiss their current administrator.
