We were very impressed with the cordial level of service in the dining room. Also loved visiting with current residents who had very positive things to say about Signature Pointe. Premises were kept in pristine condition. The unit we toured was exceptional.
this place was HORRIFIC!!! Rats are CRAWLING all over this place. the food was so disgusting and the management team was so unprofessional. Tamika i think her name was, so childish and should NOT be apart of the HR team! i would giver this place 0 stars if I could! they pick and choose who to like. these are grown kids playing in that place!
Could not recommend more!!! My father in law has had such a good experience, all of the staff are so helpful. Big shoutout to Heather, she has been so helpful answering all of my questions, making me feel 100% comfortable bringing him there. The therapy and service as a whole was excellent.
