Silver Creek Assisted Living Garland

My grandparents have lived in this community for the past 5 years. I can not say enough great things about this community. The staff is amazing and they care so much about the residents. They always have a big smile on their faces! The community just had a renovation and it looks AMAZING! Everything is brand new! I highly recommend you come take a look if you are searching for a community. The community is full of love and you can feel it the minute you walk in the front door!

Amazing staff and beautiful facility!

After consulting with our three children and their spouses, my wife Charlotte and I decided, because of our personal needs, to sell our home and move into an assisted living community. We took time to visit more than a dozen of these communities. All of them have excellent qualities, programs, and services. We would have been happy at anyone. However, there were outstanding, unique features which set Silver Creek Assisted Living apart from most of the others. It is a recently beautifully renovated facility. The simple layout makes it easy for residents to navigate – no stairs to manage. The location is convenient geographically and otherwise. The day we arrived for a visit at Silver Creek Assisted Living, a courteous young man, Juan, greeted us. He introduced us to Vivi who was expecting us. She was all smiles, and we connected immediately. As we toured the facility, we encountered Alexis who embraced Charlotte and me with a big hug as if she knew us. Next, we met Shenneka and she gave us a warm welcome and a hug. We learned later that Alexis was the Activities Director and Shenneka, the Executive Director. They planted the seed of friendship by their action, and we knew it was genuine. We quickly experienced that we were going to be members of a loving, caring family that live and work at Silver Creek Assisted Living. We had no reservation confirming our choice. Health and Wellbeing are important to us. Various activities cater to all dimensions. When we met Bro, the Chef, his handshake was firm and friendly. He assured us that our dietary needs will always be a priority for him. The meals are healthy, delicious, and enjoyable. Parties are frequent and lively. Socialization is happening daily. The apartments are comfortable and the floors in the building are always clean. The entire staff is a resolute, caring team, helping one another to strive for excellence. They are friendly but professional in their relationships. They serve way beyond the call of duty to meet the specific needs of the residents. We have lived at Silver Creek Assisted Living long enough to know what is going on. We have observed every aspect of life here. Our experience has been positive. Our children are delighted that we are in a safe, loving, and caring community. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy senior living.
