SilverTree Nursing Facility has been wonderful for my loved one. The staff is caring, friendly, and always willing to help. The building is clean and welcoming, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged and happy. What I appreciate most is how the staff treats everyone like family. Knowing my loved one is safe and well cared for gives me great peace of mind. I highly recommend SilverTree to anyone looking for a warm and supportive place for their loved one.
So thankful for Silvertree & staff for taking care of my grandma after her hip surgery. She is able to walk again! Nurses & therapists were so sweet.
Walked in to this place to see if it was a good fit for my mother. The main entrance door set off a horrific screeching alarm as soon as I entered. No one responded. When someone finally came to the door after I walked past the front desk to look for help, the woman said the screeching was because someone came in the door and they didn't use the code. Ma'am, I am "they"--and I don't have a code because I've never been here before. I'm here to see if I want to bring my mother... She shrugs. No welcome or offer of a tour. I promptly left. Between the indifference in her demeanor, the unfriendly reception area, the creepy carpet, and general vibe--I was immediately turned OFF by this place.
Quality Score
Carley found families consistently praised the clean, welcoming environment and strong rehabilitation outcomes, though care quality and staffing levels raised significant concerns across accounts.
