Silvermark Memory Care has been providing personalized, round-the-clock care for nearly a decade to those needing assistance with daily living and specialized memory support. The community was designed specifically to provide memory care in a secured environment with trained staff available 24 hours a day. Residents who are prone to wandering are accepted, with a computerized system that alerts staff if a resident attempts to wander to an unsafe area. Silvermark offers a warm and loving environment where residents are encouraged to maintain a healthy body and mind while receiving dignity and compassionate support. The community also specializes in supporting residents with Parkinson disease through the PEALS program including ongoing staff training, specialized movement programs, in-house support groups and access to educational programs for caregivers.

So happy we chose Silvermark! Most importantly, Mom is happy there. She's a healthy, picky eater and loves the food. Her room is sizeable, bright and clean. She is cared for on a highly personal level by everyone, including the director and owners, who are on site and available daily. Every staff member knows what's going on with Mom at all times. Nick, one of the owners, reads to her! While shopping for a facility, Carrie came in on a Saturday to show me around as I was short on time. She continues to be available, communicative and responsive to any needs, no matter how small. The first thing I noticed was how open, airy, and clean it was. The residents were busy with activities and happy. And there was no smell! Other places I looked were dark with an overwhelming smell of industrial pine cleaners, (to cover other smells, no doubt.) I bring my dog to visit regularly and they even have "dog appreciation day" as one of the many events. They not only care for Mom, but they help our whole family learn how to care for her in this stage of her life. Silvermark has become an extension of our family.
The owners and staff at Silvermark truly care about their residents. My mom has been there for over two years and I have no complaints. They do such a great job with the care they provide. They have a relaxing atmosphere and are so hospitable to the residents and the families. They have numerous fun activities, parties and good food. It is always clean and they are always very attentive to each residence needs. Couldn't recommend it more! A
This place has exceeded my expectations on many levels. My sister suffered a TBI after being hit by a car last year. She is only 52 years old so finding a memory care faciity that met her needs was a challenge. Silvermark is bright, the staff is always happy, and they keep the residents busy with activities. The most important note to mention is this is a privately owned facility. Nik, the owner and his wife are onsite all the time, nearly every time I've been there. They care about the residents. This isn't a major corporation, it's a owned and managed by people who really care.
