Provide full medical coverage for seniors. Including doctor on site, nurses, lunch and snacks. The Center also has physical therapists on duty, with some exercise equipment for any of the clients to use. The staff are all very friendly, providing care and attention to each and every person, no matter what disabilies they might have. The Center also provides bus rides to and from their location. Also provided is rides to your Doctors' offices and to labs. Prescriptions are provided and filled as part of the service. Wheelchair accesson premises and on the buses.

There is no protocol for emergencies. I was told by on-call nurse Shayla that theirs nothing they can do after hours. I am with this program now 3 weeks now and no one seems to care about this problem. Joanne the Director for patient care nowhere in sight. I DO NOT recommend this place what so ever for seniors.

It seems like a great facility ...at first... but you learn quickly the doctors and nursing staff are not worth the trouble. There is no accountability just pushing blame on the other doctor and nurse or the pharmacy..its incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If you require that Silver Star must be the only primary care..how about some actual care. My family has waited days for a simple antibiotic before and currently on day eight of not hearing back after sneaking to several people...just took my loved one to the emergency room and paid for it myself as well as meds even though we have Medicare and Medicaid. Actually would like assistance finding anywhere else if someone could suggest some places

Carley's Analysis

Carley found families consistently praised the attentive, friendly staff and comprehensive medical services, though concerns about emergency protocols and care consistency for complex medical needs were significant.
