This is one of my favorite assisted living communities! It might be because some of my favorite people live there or because it’s just a nice place. The residents always get to go on cool trips around Austin like the Broken Spoke & the Trail of Lights. Also, their Veterans Day events are really reverent & special. It was an honor to attend. Something else that’s pretty unique about Soco is that many of their staff have been there for a long time. They’ve had the same amazing community relations director Sarah since they opened. She is kind, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.
SoCo Village has been transformational for us as a family. A few of the highlights: - locally owned and it shows. It feels like a community - so many of their staff have been there for years, and they all know my mom by name - constant updates - incredibly responsive, from day one they have ensured mom had friends, was going to activities, and was socializing
As a local senior care provider, I have always been amazed by this bright and beautiful community. The community is tucked away but you wouldn't guess that with just how full their community is, with the option of AL/MC this community can be your place to age in place. The best part is the care you receive some their amazing care team.
Quality Score
Carley found families consistently praised the bright, beautifully maintained environment and welcoming community atmosphere, though communication with management occasionally needed improvement.
