We’ve had a really good experience with this nursing home. The staff is caring, and they’ve treated our loved one well. I especially want to mention Kay and Josie. They’ve both been incredibly helpful and supportive. Their communication and kindness have made a big difference for our family. Highly recommend.

Solera at West Houston truly delivers outstanding care. Their team goes above and beyond for every patient, and the level of customer service is unmatched. Kay, their social worker, is exceptional she advocates fiercely for her patients and makes sure every detail is handled with compassion and professionalism. Josie their discharge planner is another gem. She always ensures patients have the proper discharge plan and the right support in place before going home. I can’t thank this team enough for the love, effort, and dedication they put into their patients every single day. Solera is truly a blessing to the community.
