Finally a great place to stay. I can’t say enough about this place, I went with my two kids under 2 and my wife. The staff bent over backwards to help us in anyway they could. We had beds for the kids waiting in our room and waiters who went out of their way to make the kids happy. The food was fantastic, the bar was wonderful, the gym and the neighborhood was great for a run. I will be staying here each time I come DFW. Fantastic place.
There is so much to be said about this amazing hotel. The staff are incredible people who make our stay so special each time. The restaurant was great, food portions were perfect and the atmosphere was perfect to fit the start of the Christmas season. Our room always has a cozy, luxurious feel to it and the view makes it worth it each morning and night. This has to be the best Westin Ive ever experienced.
A good hotel, typical excellent Westin beds. However the reason we stay at this one over the others in DFW is the abundance of EV chargers (even if they are about the same cost as fast charging at the supercharger across the highway). My gripe is that tons of people park ICE cars in EV spots and when I mentioned it to hotel staff (most of the charging spots were full of non EVs at this time) they gave the equivalent of a shoulder shrug. For the cost of the hotel I expect better service than I'd get at the Holiday Inn.
Quality Score
Carley found families consistently praised the exceptional care quality, stable staffing, and engaging environment, though communication responsiveness and rehabilitation services drew more mixed feedback.
