STONE BROOK ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE

From the first visit until we made the decision to place our loved one in the memory care unit, we got facts, genuine concern and understanding as to the the emotional side of the decision. Then, it just got better! From the ownership to the staff, we have encountered caring and loving dispositions from everyone with whom we have dealt. The staff has a great touch for getting the patient involved and settled. Our loved one is happy and safe with the best folks in the business. And on-site ownership gives us a sense of access if and when the need might arise. Thanks to all.

I admire the workers at Stone Brook with highest regard. Maintenance is Great. Mother is going on 2 yrs there and still loves all the activities and residents. She feels she has independence to enjoy her golden age, 92.

Called and had extreme negative experience with genie, the activities director where over the phone she was condescending and threatening me. I was explicitly told that children are not permitted to interact with patients and have fun! The interaction was about me calling to see if it's ok to bring grandkids into the facility to play cards with the adults incarcerated there. Multiple times she told me it's not a nursing home. The hr women I called to complain to was also to busy to care.
