STONEBRIDGE HEALTH REHAB

I cannot say enough about Stonebridge Health and Rehab on Circle Dr.I first want to say that the Therapy group of Jim ,Steve and Gabby are absolutely the best. I was admitted into Stonebridge unable to use my lower extremities and hand's. After 8 weeks of hard work and the expert guidance of this group, I was able to walk out of this facility with the minimum assistance of a walker. The management and stuff made my stay - considering the circumstances - as pleasant as possible. Nurse Jamie and Social Worker Samantha were there for my every need. The CMA's on my wing - Linda, Juan and Marisol were very kind, prompt and attentive. Overall, Stonebridge fulfilled or exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this facility.

After a serious parachute accident and several surgeries, I spent almost 3 months at Stonebridge recuperating - most of that time confined to a bed with a "no weight-bearing activty" order from my Orthopedic surgeon. I found the facility clean and apparently we'll managed as the staff seemed cheerful and happy to work there - indeed some staff have worked there 10-20 years. A happy staff is a sign of good management. As my injuries healed, the Physical & Occupational Therapy (PT & OT) staff was extremely caring and helpful. Steve, Jim, and Gabriela, along with their staff assistants, helped me get ready to restore my walking ability when the Orthopedic restriction ended. I then progressed rapidly until I was ready to transfer to an in-patient rehab specialty facility to focus on restorative PT. The food was pretty good (for institutional food service) and the Social Services director (Samantha K.) was excellent at navigating all the insurance obstacles that seemed to appear every few weeks. In summary, I was very happy to do the majority of my accident recuperation at Stonebridge, and highly recommend it to others.

Stonebridge is a top notch rehab from the administrators to the RN’s, CNA’s, CRN’s to the maintenance. I came in on a stretcher on my back and could not move or turn over. The people were the most professional and the facility was fantastic. Within 6 weeks under the PT/OT professionals I was up walking and standing around with some pain from operations but that was from 8 weeks prior in hospital. I can’t speak highly enough about all the staff and the care they put into their patients. They visit and talk with them and make sure they are taken care of in every situation.
