The therapy is great. Health care is extremely poor. The CNA,s are rude at best, they left my husband sitting in his own feces and urine with an open bed sore, he was over medicated and had to go the emergency room, his room was filthy and there were roaches. Please do your homework before you bring your loved one here. On a side note. Assia and Berlin are awesome

My sister spent three weeks at the facility. She was there for wound care. The staff was very attentive to her needs, and provided very good care, including PT, OT and speech therapy. She is in much better shape now than before she was admitted. We want to thank everyone who was involved in her care.

I had a really positive experience at this healthcare center while helping my family make care decisions for my uncle. Visiting a skilled nursing facility can be stressful, but the staff here made the process much easier and more comforting. I had the chance to speak with the Administrator-in-Training, Mays Karzone, and she was truly wonderful. She was incredibly kind, patient, and easy to talk to. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her warmth and understanding genuinely helped calm my nerves during a difficult moment for our family. You can tell Mays Karzone truly cares about the residents and their families, and that made a big difference for us. Overall, this facility left a great impression, and I’m grateful for the compassion and support we received.
