My wife was transferred from Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler recently to have Rehab at this facility. Upon arriving there within 30 seconds my family and I realized we had made a terrible mistake, the smell of filth was overpowering. Then we noticed through an open door that the beds didn't appear to be hospital beds or the type that would be used in nursing homes or Rehab facilities, they had no side guard rails. Upon arriving, my wife broke into tears it was so bad, I assured her that she would not have to stay in a place like that. We couldn't leave that place fast enough!!! John DeBusk
I was hesitant at first when I saw this place because this is new to me with taking care of our parents. We were welcomed and treated like family. Yes, the building is a much older building but they are working on fixing it up, yes, you do have smells, but they address them as quickly as humanly possible. What you put into it, you get out. If you do not visit or check in all the time, you do not know what is going on. My parents have had a positive experience and I am so thankful for the wonderful people up there that keep me informed of everything that goes on with them. Anytime we have had an issue, we addressed it and it was taken care of. When we work with the caregivers, we get a great experience!!
Your employee pulls out of Walmart in front of us, she didn’t stop at stop sign coming out of Walmart. She uses her middle finger and shakes her fist at us, after we blew our vehicle horn. Future customer of this business, image if your family member was in this vehicle! Would you appreciate the actions of this employee?
