My dad was at the Sundance Inn health Center in new Braunfels, Texas. The whole staff everybody was so gracious and kind. They worked hard to care for my dad and make sure we were comfortable in getting what we needed for him. I cannot think everyone that I was in contact with at the Sundance Inn enough For what they’ve done for me and my family.
My sister sister was there with administration quick to release her. The place my be clean but staff lacks basic professionalism, condescending, slothful to a patron's personal hygienic needs. If you have a senior family member or yourself it is better to choose another rehab center.
This is a great facility and the staff is outstanding! The nurses are attentive and very friendly. This facility is very clean and well kept and I felt very comfortable having my loved one there! I would recommend this facility to anyone!
