Supreme Memory Care is a stand-alone secure dementia facility in Needville, TX specializing in care for residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. The facility offers four levels of overlapping care (minimal, intermediate, maximum, and palliative) with a full-time registered nurse available 24 hours daily. Residents receive individualized, family-centered care in private or semi-private rooms with access to on-site medical services, therapeutic activities, and supportive amenities designed to promote dignity and quality of life.

My mother has been a resident at Supreme Memory Care for the past 1 & 1/2 years and I can not begin to convey how pleased we have been the entire time. Moving a loved one to any type of care facility is difficult and emotional. Elizabeth and her staff were there for us throughout the entire transition and continue to be available and supportive on a daily basis. We count our blessings in finding a place where our mother is happy and well cared for.
My mother has been at Supreme Memory Care for just over a year. It was of course an adjustment for Mother, but Elizabeth and her staff made Mother feel like family. Elizabeth responds to any phone calls or texts from me either immediately or very quickly. The staff is very caring and watchful over Mother. It takes special people to do the job that these people do. Our family feels very fortunate to have had Supreme Memory Care recommended to us. Mother feels at home.
