THE PREMIER SNF OF ALICE

I recently relocated to The Premier of Alice SNF from one of the other nursing homes in the area. I am still in awe about everything here. The facility is beautiful. I love the way the rooms are set up. I am in a semi-private room but a wall divides me from my roommate so it's like I have my own private room. I do share a bathroom with my roommate, but I love that all rooms have their own showers. I love how the administrator is so involved and interacting with the residents. The DON is also very involved anytime I have had a question she is quick to answer or find the answer for me. I love seeing the department heads help pass out trays during meal service. The food is great and they always offer an alternate if we don't want what is being served. The CNAs are visible and very helpful. The housekeeping dept does a fabulous job keeping the facility clean. They don't just clean what is visible they clean every inch of the residents' room. I have been receiving therapy and I love the big therapy gym but I especially love how the therapists make me feel. Overall I just want to say I highly recommend The Premier of Alice to anyone needing nursing home placement. I am so happy i decided to transfer here.

I can’t say enough good things about this facility. My dad was there for 19 months before he passed. Anytime I had a concern I could always call, text or email staffers to answer my questions. My mom is currently at the facility receiving rehabilitation. Everyone is friendly, physical therapists keep me posted on her progress and the nursing staff addresses my concerns. The facilíty is very clean.

The Premier of Alice Assisted Living Memory Care facility has been absolutely amazing! My father is so happy there! Their staff is wonderful. They have been super helpful, sweet and friendly to my father and our family! They have the best communication! We are extremely happy to have been connected with this facility!
