I am a resident at the Heritage (for three years now) and we have the best staff in town! The workers are like family to us and we like to cut up and have FUN! The food is really good and they have wonderful desserts which I really like. There is always something going on and we all have a good time together. I would highly recommend the Heritage at Twin Creeks to anyone.

We moved my mother here after she fell and broke her hip while living independently. It was clear she would need more help and we are so glad we found Heritage! The staff genuinely care about the residents, and they really communicate well with the family. I travel a LOT and I have never had a problem getting an answer or an update (or a picture!) of my mom. They provide loads of activities, outings and engagement for her and she is doing even better than she was while living independently. She gets social as well as physical and mental engagement, and it has been so good for all of us.

After a rough start, my Grandmother is doing well here. Make sure to advocate during transition and keep up with the medication responsibility hand off.

Carley's Analysis

Carley found exceptional care quality and a clean, welcoming environment that families deeply appreciated, though pest control concerns were noted in one account.
