ALVARADO MEADOWS NURSING & REHABILITATION

I can't enough good things about Alvarado Meadows. The staff treated my mom like family. When the time came, they were caring, served our family, and mourned with us when mom passed away. They worked as a team with Wings Over Texas Hospice to provide mom the best care and environment during her last days. The Activities Director is one in a million. She has created a community environment for the residents who look forward to socializing and participating in everything that she has planned. The nursing staff truly care about the residents, which gave our family peace of mind. Mom loved the food that was served. The business office staff is remarkable as is the housekeeping staff. They clean and care for the nursing home like it's their home. The marketer is creating connections and rebuilding relationships in the community as she serves Alvarado Meadows. Our family is blessed to have been part of this family.

This is a wonderful facility and truly a Blessing to our family! The facility director Latifou Amoussa and the admissions coordinator Dzenana Barrett are absolutely amazing, and they came to visit us at our home and meet our family member who is now a resident there, they have been so caring and concerned as well as very helpful during the admissions process and they continue to stay in contact with us and involved in our Loved one's care! The entire patient care staff are so Amazing & Loving to our family member, and she is so happy with them all! The office staff have been so helpful and caring as well from the financial coordinator to the social worker! Alvarado Meadows continues to be like Family to our Family We are so thankful and Blessed!

I cannot express how wonderful this facility has been to our family! From the administration to the nursing and caretaking staff members. Alvarado Meadows went above and beyond to not only make my sister feel comfortable, but our family as well! When no other facility would take a chance on my sister’s care, they did! Not only did they take her in and make her feel safe and welcome, they allowed me to be there every step of the way! This place felt homey and quaint! We didn’t feel like a number or just a patient trying to navigate through a difficult time. Our feelings and concerns were heard and validated, something that rarely happens in this industry. Everyone here is considerate and thoughtful. I can’t thank all of ya’ll enough for making my sisters last moments so special.
