Found out about Brodie Ranch from a neighbor- from the first call to admission gal to the tour in person, very pleased. She was patient and kind, and the building was clean and everyone looked happy . Loved how on tour the director of admits knew all the residents and staff and vice versa. I am more at peace knowing my wife will be here soon. Thank you.
I am here to sing PRAISES for an angel or about one I shall say that From the first encounter with the admissions marketing manager Jenny, I knew , I knew it was a special place because she is a special lady . She treated me like Queen ! and my husband - she sees him daily !! Kind, manners, knowledge, smart , patient , you name it she has it . Then we go meet in person , same doll. She knows everyone’s names ! She stayed late to answer my questions she does all these special things for Veterans like my husband .I call her at dinner time she made time . She follows up ! She does what she says she will do . She cares I mean genuinely cares do you know how rare that is in today’s society? You’re an Angel Jenny and I told you I’ll tell every soul I met and I meant it. Thank you - from Judy & family
My beautiful Mother was a Resident at Brodie Ranch for the last three and a half years. My visits to see her were at least once a week but the first two years at least twice a week.I have only praise for the people and facility. Everyone treated my mother with respect and love. My Mother passed on the June 16 2018 at Brodie at the ripe old age of 96. The people took wonderful care of my mother and I will forever be grateful.
Quality Score
Carley found families praised exceptional care quality and a welcoming, well-maintained environment, though some noted recent staffing transitions have affected consistency.
