Staff is okay , one thing I noticed is that they need to feed people with Diabetes and Diabetic meal . I was visiting my niece and they came and checked her blood sugar and it was 278 I told the lady that’s high and her comment was well what do you expect she’s DIABETIC and I said well you’ll should be controlling it and not have that attitude. They feed her pasta for lunch and bread and a brownie . THATS NOT A DIABETIC LUNCH. In my opinion because I’m diabetic myself.
I just have to say that as soon as I was greeted at the at midnight it's been nothing but a great stay. The staff is great. The food has been good. The facility is up to date. Wifi works quite well and very clean. The rooms are spacious, and they have calendar full of activities and such so everyone has a chance to socialize. I sure anyone else will feel the same. Thanks to all the staff at Gracy Woods 1
From the first interaction we had with Gracy Woods (via Bea, thanks so much!) there was so much support and patience. As a family, we had no idea what a SNF would look like and feel so blessed to have found GW. She calmly explained everything to us to start and held our hands with compassion throughout the experience. We had such incredible care from our nurses and CNA's. Lucy, Catherine, Hata, Esther, Jaqueline..and SO many more. Yall were so good to us!
Quality Score
Carley found families consistently praised the immaculate, well-maintained environment and compassionate care, though staffing attentiveness and responsiveness were occasionally inconsistent.
