HERITAGE PARK REHABILITATION AND SKILLED NURSING CENTER

Yolanda, Tori, Kay and Stephen work very hard and have shown me they actually care. As for the rest of the facility, it seems like any other facility hungry to keep patients as long as possible regardless of the situation, to get as much money from the insurance companies paying the bill on top of the patients paying the bill out of pocket as well. Never even met, saw even once, or ever had any form on conversation with the so called Doctor that calls all of the shots on what is best for you as a patient and ultimately decides everything regarding your stay at this facility and that decision is directly correlated with how long will an insurance company pay this facility.

Horrible Heritage Park does not care about the quality of life of patients only money. The facility is not qualified trained or skilled to care for Dementia patients but Heritage Park will accept patients knowing that the staff is not qualified for the job putting everyone in danger

Let the pictures speak for themselves, about what was witnessed upon the return of a relative, from the hospital to her room. PS: this is not water...!! Please, any DHS personnel, hold this business accountable. Our relative is no longer there because it is what we can control!!!
