This group does not return calls, has a phone line with no direct lines listed (intentionally). Most importantly does not uphold warranties. Filed warranty claims in 2023 (filed 7x due to their inability to organize their claim department), 90% of work not complete and no follow-up. Biggest opportunity is project management. Unfortunately, this weakness touches all facets of their business they do: building (not building to code), budgeting, timelines, warranties, etc. In business we call moving employees who are unsuccessful "moving a problem" when it's an entire executive team one should question accountability.
