The food is great came in at 9 am and my wife was very wet came back at 3am and she was still very wet there was no one willing to help me to change her why

When we first put our dad here every thing was great. Then new management came in and started turning everything upside down. Good Staff started leaving in droves and the staff coming in, didn’t seem to be all that enthusiastic about being at that job so I placed that blame on management being questionable. But my current complaint is they keep changing the entrance and exit keypad code and not telling the families of the residence and all because another facility had an incident so now we can’t get in or out freely without having a employee to open the door for the public. I find that very restrictive and very controlling and I can’t stand that about this place. They are making everyone else pay for what one person did and not even at this facility!!!

This facility has been wonderful for my dad! They are very caring and attentive. The facility is very clean and is managed very well. We absolutely love that they care for him in a way that I can’t! Definitely a 5 star rating and more❤️
