I want to thank Mr Andy and the Beaumont nursing staff for allowing us to have thanksgiving with our cousin crystal miller we thank y’all for really be great to her

I want to thank mr Andy and his team for allowing our whole family to come into y’all’s facility with our whole family to have thanksgiving with our cousin crystal miller and we also as a family is sending a big thanks to mr Andy. Ik that her sister has been fighting for our cousin and mr Andy came straight in and made a difference for our cousin. He really cares about the patients and the families

Today was my Aunt first day here and a staff member stole her air freshener we put in her room. Nobody knows who took it nobody was helpful at all.A staff me told me that the residents walk around insinuating that a resident could've took it. So residents can just come and go out of each other rooms without staff noticing. It is just horrible that you have to put your trust in a facility that has no morals or empathy.My whole family is extremely worried for her safety.
